The footage was captured by a news helicopter in Sao Paulo during
a period of heavy flooding earlier this month. Now the Troller web
site features the footage, with the admonishment, "Troller doesn't
recommend this sort of action with your vehicle!" Indeed!

I don't quite understand why patent attorneys would be involved if Troller moved into the international market. Patents run for 20 years and then become public domain (except for drug patents). Has Jeep come out with any outstanding new inovation in the last 20 years? The copywrite attorneys might have an issue with the look of the Troller, but some minor cosmetic changes would cure that. I would suspect that if Ford (owner of Troller) thought there was a US market for the Troller they would exploit it.
