Adventurer
My wife and I are planning to buy an offroad trailer, so we rented a really nice Lifestyle Reconn R2 for a New Year's trip. I'm a frequent viewer of this subforum, so it's nice to post a link to the trip report for others considering offroad trailers or that specific model:

Impressions of the trailer: It was great, and it confirmed that we'd enjoy the trailer-based approach to "overlanding." The trailer is super-solid. I was really impressed with the beefy hinges and many design details for off-grid camping. Air suspension (Cruisemaster) was great, and I think something on the "nice-to-have-almost-a-must" list - both for ease of set-up leveling and minimizing jostling on the trail. The solar/lithium combo was great and plenty sufficient (no AC). The dust suppression is good on dusty southwest trails. Loved the outside kitchen and "garage" with the big swing-up panels. And it was a huge difference from prior tent camping trips to Anza and KofA where we could sit around the campfire on cold nights and then go to bed / wake up in a toasty warm trailer.
We did a somewhat similar trip last New Years with an Airstream basecamp, and the difference in quality and functionality for an overland trip was night and day. The Airstream wasn't really an overland trip: more of a pavement trip with forays onto forest service roads for dispersed sites.
