Thanks guys. I located a large supply and wide variety of useful products at Sandies in Reno. They had adhesive backed heat shrink and heat shrink/adhesive terminals.

These are pretty cool. You press in the colored cap and silicon gel squirts into the connector. Weathertight and secure.
