Wmflyfishers 2001 Tacoma and toys.

Hey guys, I've been lurking around here on the board for some time now. Havn't really posted much but figured its time to since a few have shown interest in my rig. I've had this truck for about a year and a half and have loved every minute of it. I guess you could call me a Toyota freak. This is the 6th one I have owned. I just added the tires and painted the grill to match the wheels yesterday. Its really nothing special but here ya go.

- 2001 Taco 4wd 4cyl 5spd

- Stock motor & trans with deckplate mod

- Fabtech Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers (will probably switch someday)

- AAL in rear with 5100's

- Badlands front bumper with Hella 4000's & custom rear bumper with 2" covered hitch

- 255/85/16 BFG muds on factory wheels painted with Duplicolor wheel coating (one of my best mods!)

- Cobra WX18 CB

- 1 JL Audio 12 W6 & JL mono 500 watt amp, Infinity References (sounds amazing!)

- Century camper top with sleeping/storage bed configuration

Thats about all I can think of right now. I really don't have any big plans for this rig right now. I am going to add some sliders sometime soon and purchase some new leaf springs for the back to replace the AAL. Here is a pic of my FJ40 that I bought this past summer and my 85 that I recently sold as well. Feel free to ask any questions you may have!

Thanks! Man I've only driven about 5 miles on them so far and they seem to be great! Power loss is minimal and I think I'll be able to deal with it for longer than I expected with the stock 4.30 gears. I'm really glad I went up to this size. Should have done it from the beginning. Started the HID conversion yet??

Thanks! The 40 top is from Specter Off-Road. Don't know yet but I might go back with the factory roll bar setup in the summer so this top may be up for sale.

The paint on the wheels is called Duplicolor Wheel Coating. There is a video on their website that tells you what to do. I sanded and taped them off. It took some time but was worth it.

Well, A buddy of mine is from Wyoming and he had this old plate so I stuck it on the front of my rig. I've been to Wyoming but never lived there. Wonderful place!!
