WTB-Foreign license tag

I've been looking for a foreign tag to mount on my roof rack just because I think it will look cool. I would like one of the square styles you often see on the back of trucks. I would like to find an African plate if possible but one from GB would be cool as well.

I've not been able to find a tag like this from an African country but I imagine those tags rarely make it out of Africa. With the widely traveled crowd here I thought that perhaps one of you might have one that you might like to sell.

i thought about putting a "euro tag" to on my front bumper in front of my empty winch tray, but an african tag would look way more fun.... then again, i never bought the tag because I know I'd feel like too much of a poser (no offense) since I havent even visited those countries yet.

Yeah Stolenheron it might be a bit poseur but I don't care, it's the spirit of adventure and this should be a fun thing right?:smiley_drive:

I've got a Camel Trophy rack on my DI and it has a space in front where they mounted the CT plaque. Those are very hard to find and I was thinking a foreign tag might look even better. I've got light right beside the gap so I don't want a wide plate which is why I was thinking one of the square tags will work.

dont take me the wrong way, im not knocking. its a sweet idea and id like to see how it looks in the end. I just cant justify spending money (Even though it aint much) on a license plate.

There you go. A matching pair, one for each side of the roof rack. It'll probably look pretty sweet.

I have 2 from Western Australia (one black one yellow), a UK rear (yellow), and a New Zeland (black) with a licence plate frame proclaiming they are the home of the America's Cup.

No Africa though.

I used to run one. be advised though depending on the state your in you can catch alot of grief from the fiveO I was pulled over several time and asked about it and told several of time to remove it.

I thought about that which is one reason I was looking for one of the square tags. It will go on a mount between the inner two lights on my roof rack so maybe it would get as much attention as it would on the bumper. NC has rear tags only so maybe they will ignore it.
