Aren't these the same as RotoPax? They're listed as for sale at quite a few places.

Herb

Hi Herb,

Never seen RotoPax until now--pretty innovative. Looks similar but RotoPax are only 2gal each.

Geri's hold 4gal(would like to see them hold 5gal).

Geez, looks like in an emergency you could use it as a sand ladder or makeshift stretcher. Not that I'd try it ;) Only problem is it doesn't fit in a standard fuel holder.

Hehe, I thought sand ladder too when I first saw them. :)
They do hold up to 800lbs of weight they say. Too little for my 5500lb G.

They are stackable and connectable. You can stack three 2gal units on a standard carrier. You just need to use a strap to hold them on.

mogwild was talking about the full length red Geri's(4gal).

Are you saying that you can fit 3 of the 2gal RotoPax in a standard carrier that would hold like a 5gal Scepter? If so, then that's an extra 1gal capacity (6gal w/ RotoPax vs 5gal Scepter).

Do you have any pics of this? I'd love to see. Thanks!

Ditto. I was pretty floored.
Putting the money towards new tires but since I want 33's I have a ways to go.
personally I would just pick up a few of the Desert Sand Color Scepters which seem to go a lot cheaper. Just swap out the gasket with a Viton gasket.

You could even order a red strap from DS Tactical if you want to designate gasoline.

Wow Bob, $137.50 on ebay. I would have never guessed it'd go that high.
Damn, for that price I'd pick up two new red Geri's (anyone ever use those?);

Anyone else have any less expensive red Scepter's up for grabs? :D

Yeah, looking like either Sand Scepter's w/ yellow strap and rubber gasket (I'm diesel) or the RotoPax's.

If you use Bio-Diesel you should look into the Viton gaskets, as I have heard it will deteriorate the rubber gaskets.
Probably in higher percentages though. B20 may be fine.

Ok thx, will do.
If I run bio it'd probably be B99.
