Well thanks. The GR2 is a bomber of a pack. It's been all over the world, stuffed to the gills and has never let me down. I would consider one of them if you can't ever get your hands on a Litespeed Pack.

I know your set on a Litespeed, but have you looked into Mystery Ranch? I couldn't get a Litespeed when I was looking, so I bought a pack from Mystery Ranch. A few months later, I was able to buy a Litespeed (The grey one I sent pictures of to you a while back). Well, my Litespeed is still unused. I'm not ex-military, but I've been using the pack since early 2009. Even when I travel out of the country, I use this pack. It goes everywhere with me. Hiking, fishing, hunting, camping, work, vacations...it doesn't matter.

That was you eh? It's getting more and more tempting. Although I just don't know if I could take that army foliage green after my time in the Marines haha. I'll check out the mystery ranch and see what they have to offer. Thanks for the tip.

I agree. I haven't used the Litespeed pack but have used the Mystery Ranch 3-Day Assault Pack while on active duty and as a civilian. Great pack but it is bigger than the Litespeed (2000 cu/in) and more expensive. If you are flexible on size and price I would give those a look as an alternative to the TAD pack.
