I bought this 2 years ago from REI. Hasn't seen much use as it is generally hot in Louisiana. I have been outside in 30* weather with just a t-shirt on under this thing and been perfectly comfortable, it is very warm. It does not have any snags or pulls on the material at all. As for fitment, i am 6'1, 185 and it fits me perfectly, could easily fit someone a little larger than me though.
If i were to rate its condition i'd give it a 9/10.
