Emily and Jessie

I've got a 1983 Land Rover Defender named Jessie, and a 2011 JK named Emily. Not sure there's much rationale for the names. They kind of named themselves.

Mine has a few names, The Brick, The Dog Wagon, and when the all 4 doors are off my husband calls it "The Jaolpy".

Mine is 'Eugene'...

Just like Eugene the Jeep from the old Popeye cartoons.

The longer name used to be 'Two-Times Eugene'... only because whenever any kind of maintenance needed to be done, it always took 2 attempts for one reason or another. Broken hardware, forgotten supplies, etc.

My last ZJ was named "Kevin" because the license plate started with KVN***.

I'm not sure what to name my new one yet. I still have to feel it out.

Last jeep, '78 CJ5 was Ilean, becaue it leaned about 3" to the driver's side when I first got it.

Current jeep '06 TJ is "Spot" because there's a random red spot on the windshield, and a friend suggested that I call it that during a conversation about painting light bezels.

Jeeps thru the years......

"Wharthog" (not the bad spelling thanks to Wharton S.F.) (Brown CJ7 on 36's) also, because it was big, bad & didn't play well with others.

Then came "White Fang" Another CJ7, on 33x9.50's (hence the "fang")

Then the "Terminator" another CJ7, that came with this goofy looking chrome skull shifter knob with glowing red eyes....my kid named it.

Finally, "Whitey" formal is "Mighty Whitey the Wonder Wagon" which my wife named it after a locker install & driving thru the snow.

It is pretty funny. My buddies named it. They say, "If you want to know what new parts are available, check "The Catalog" not the book. My mod list is insane; even to me. I would never show the wife/"Warden" the list. LOL

"BOMBER"; When I bought the jeep and took it to the ministry for plates they issued me the license plate "BCES 052" which to me read B52 hence the name BOMBER.

I ended up getting a custom plate a year later that said "B52 XJ" (I wanted BOMBER, but they said it was a conflict of interest)

I recently started my own business and turned the jeep into my mobile office and outfitted it with decals for the company logo and colours and the name now has evolved in to the "BOMBER BEE". See attached images for why I call it the "BOMBER BEE"... I have a before picture there as well, it shows the original BCES 052 plate
