A friend of mine is building an 08 F450 for SEMA, that thing has a massive D60 front axle. Ride is OK, nothing special. The current (05 up) superduty has a good axle. My only problem with them is the trac bar, it has a ball joint on one end that won't take much abuse. Especially when lifted. If they have ANY play, the truck gets a horrible death wobble. And the ball joint is a pain to get out, it has to be cut out.
