Well after talking to a sales rep, I decided the Ruggedized was not for me (even though I so dig the Expo Orange) and instead went with the Kukenam Sky. Saved me a few hundred bucks, and I'm still getting a Tepui. Super excited!

Well I went to order my Kukenam Ruggedized, and alas, they were all sold out already. I did talk to customer service, and I'm now on the waiting list for the next batch. I told them I'd take grey if they came a lot sooner, but I really want the expedition orange. We'll see how it goes!

I have not as I was waiting until May, but I'm pretty jazzed about upgrades!

Just found this thread, but I have one sitting at home, and when I get back in June, I plan on installing it. I have read some threads on guys who already installed it (on Club Xterra) and seem really happy with it.

Hey everyone. Well here is my Xterra. Just shy of 200K, multiple cross country trips, a couple to Canada, and the first three states of the Trans America Trail. Love her to death, and I plan on taking her to Nova Scotia, and New Foundland this summer.

Has anyone bought the "Ruggedized" version? I was initially looking at the Tepui Sky, but I'm wondering if the Ruggedized might be a better purchase. It's right at the edge of my RTT budget (not really wanting to exceed $1500).
