I'm running the AEV rear bumper and I think it meets all your requirements. I also have the Gobi rack and they make a special bracket to mount to the AEV bumper. It took some time to install but I did it myself so nothing too hard.

As someone who really respects the amount of work that went into a project like that I absolutely hate the fact someone would rip it out. Just makes me sick as I would be devastated.

Just a FYI, the digital signal doesn't work well in a moving vehicle so if you were hoping to have something for the kids to watch on a road trip it won't do a very good job. They are rewriting the mobile platform to handle both iOS and Android platforms. When they release the new framework they are also planning to release the rest of the western states. Right now they are hoping for a release in mid to late summer of 2014.
