Have you replaced your intake manifold?

How was it? Mine is leaking and I want to replace it.

It wasn't too bad. There's a pretty good video on YouTube by a guy named FordTechMackuloco where he goes through how to replace the gaskets that leak. If you get the replacement manifold he lists in the comments, it comes with the gaskets. And a new thermostat.

Great time to replace spark plugs. And coils. And valve cover gaskets.

Ok good. I need to fix that before I continue with anymore off road stuff.

I was lucky, all that stuff was replaced before I bought mine. Just need to get the shackles, airbags and torsion crank done. and running gear is finished. I was under it the other day and noticed I have black KYB shocks. they are softer than what I am used to, but control and ride well. When they get too mushy I will replace with my tried and true Monroe reflex monotubes. They are on all my other rigs with great results.

Beauty! I need to get mine out as soon as the snow is gone! How do you like the headlights compared to the factory ones? I was looking at those for mine too!

This is awesome I've been looking for an expo console but I've not thought about the luggage racks from and expo which i been thinking about a roof rack just didn't know how to go about it
