I totally get that. Recently, I found a car that is close enough to one of my all time favorite cars that I wanted to pick it up. Super cheap too.


Wrong year but close enough. Might even be able to swap out the front to correct it.

But then I realized, I don't want to spend my weekends tinkering. I've had several classic cars that never got beyond project car status.
I'd rather be out on my bike or exploring. And, what would I do with this car? Go get groceries? Participating in car shows isn't my thing.
You could always go on a mission for God.

Figured I'd update this thread. The week before I went to Big Bend, the family and I loaded both this truck and my white truck up with every toy we could bring to do some more camping, and fishing for 6 days, 5 nights.

We played games, did some biking, fishing, and we did some local exploring on trails with the PW while leaving everything setup at camp. Really was a fun outing. And the suspension is just getting better, it's amazing how soft and compliant it is now.
