Calling all Ford Rangers!

Here's mine. It's a 2wd with a 4-cyl and manual transmission and some Duratracs. I can't imagine how good a 4wd would be, since I take mine everywhere! A great truck I can load up with camping gear, dirt bikes, firewood, you name it... and get great gas mileage.

My new fav addition to the Ranger, Ford Escape leather heated seat (Explorer center console also), the seat is fully warm in 2 min.

But it's not my ExPo vehicle, it's my DD and maybe, in the future, I might take some extended trips with it. However, since it's a 2wd I'd be limited to the pavement or well-graded dirt roads.

Here she is as she sits now:

Technically not a Ranger, she's a Mazda B2300 but of course that's just a Ranger with a different grille. From the firewall back it's 100% ranger.

Bull dude, you'd be surprised what a good locker could do for ya..

OK, I wanted another project, so I had seen a red ranger on the internet(California), about a year ago and I refoundit a couple weeks ago, so

I talked the guy into delivering it into my place in Nevada-no sales tax and I installed a tonnaeu cover and a Flowmaster Super 10 dual catback-

Crazy Ranger, 2001/4.0l SOHC/auto/4x4-off-road, comes with 4 cats--I leftem to tone down the Super 10--great

The real surprise was driving back to Ca. (223 miles) it took 9.8 gals and that figures to about 23 mpg--

Can't do much till after xmas so we'll see what mods I want

This is my buddies 1985 Ranger. It's the rarest model of Ranger ever built. One in this condition will demand a $15-20K premium. This is an original 2.3 turbo diesel Ford Ranger. The 2.3 turbo diesel was only offered from 1985-87 and it was a rare option. The 2.3 turbo diesel was supplied by Mitsubishi. It was a very reliable and peppy engine unlike it's 2.2 Perkins predecessor which was a dog.

It's a beautiful truck and his daily driver.

Love the hood Brian, is it fiberglass? 20 months left on the truck payment and warranty then Im gonna go a lil crazy. Do any of you guys (who see cold weather) noticed that theres alot of cold air coming from the steering column, Im curious if theres a way to patch it up to keep the heat in.

Raptor hood info

Yes it's fiber glass, stock color is ford ranger white or gel coat black ready for your truck paint color I don't believe the dealer would void the warranty switching hoods, ask.
my truck has the black hood, McQueen makes complete body kits also

Loaded for 2 weeks 2 adults 1 child and two dogs.

Then it was modified for some rougher roads.

One of those roads

Just sold it last week for a new rig to build since we now have another child so we needed more seating.

So Biuqueits, is this your new camper you did the build thread on or your previous one? Either way it's a nice looking unit.
