fun to see videos of trailers :)

is this yours or just one you used for the vid ?

I know some of us conqueror owners wanted to do a get together sometime in the summer

a couple quick thoughts :)

there are two manufactures of propane tanks and one can fit the stock setup as two others have them that fit
mine did not fit but were very very close so got some rod stock and bent my own hoops to replace the stock ones and the tank fits great took a few tries to get the exact length I think one of the other guys here did that also :)

I am going to replace my running lights also :)

the gas cans and holders the new holders have metal plate in front of them to protect them
I had some debris fly up and cut one of my scepter tanks with a nice gash that dumped my fuel with the open design
I am going to run the plastic still since they are silent and nicer I think
not sure how I am going to do it yet ? might get diamond plate and cut it to the width and rivet it on ?
but another quick mod you might want to do would be to protect them :)

I am also going to plate my front nose box as I have a nice dent in it now :) again road debris flew up and hit it

just some thoughts as I have pulled mine about 3500 miles so far :)

I want a volvo or pinz in 6x6 :) I love those things very very cool stuff

Nice vids.
Now, regarding a ride-in event, we just got home from the First Annual ExPo Conqueror Thanksgiving Boondoggle; here's a teaser photo of my Compact, Chris' Basecamp, & Dendy's Conquest all lined up:

might be able to do that

we have a baby coming in a few weeks :) due on the 24th :) so will be up to the wife of course but I think May is far enough along for the little one to go camping

if not for a long one a short one we can for sure do since we both work from home and have good lead time

might be fun to try a May get together :)

That would be nice; we'll have to work on Dendy, Chris, Dale, etc....
And how about you, Colorado Ron? So far we've been winging it with our Conquerors --- no factory love, manuals, or anything. We're not really sure how to use our battery chargers or even the correct way to deploy our tents...

Sounds great. Depends on the details, but Ill try and make it.:26_13_1:
That would be super; your tow vehicle is pretty slick...

I guess I have to start on the logistics; I guess that campground-hopping on the way to AZ is the easiest thing to do? No need to fill the water tanks, electric at the ready, etc.
North Rim Toroweap area and then Moab for a couple of days maybe?

also an option but what about somewhere in Utah like the arches park area ? I dont mind it being close to us :) hehehehee

but I know a few guys here in AZ that know that rim area pretty good ?

would be nice to find a spot near a lake or creek thats running if we could :)

Come on guys, ... let's go somewhere cooler ... (temp wise), ... like Glacier National Park, ... or up to Canada (Bamff is pretty that time of year ... I hear!)

We may be game for that!!

We did Glacier, Banff, & Jasper 4 months ago though.... ....not that I'd mind seeing it all again but it was 7300 miles and the bears are HUGE up there....

I like Arches, Honu. Can you camp back-country there? And is there support --- like a place to fill our water tanks and charge the batteries if need be?
And I will do almost anything to go to Zax Pizza in Moab again.
Holy moly, that's good pizza. :chowtime:
C'mon, Dendy. Work your way up to the tundra. Get a couple of shorter runs under your belt.
