That looks Awesome! :wings: So you have the two taillights in the rear bumper and a third light on the post peeking over the top of the tires right? You should be fine.

Straight from the horse's mouth! CA DMV...

When two taillamps are required, at least one shall be mounted at the left and one at the right side respectively at the same level.

Taillamps on vehicles manufactured on or after January 1, 1969, shall be mounted not lower than 15 inches nor higher than 72 inches, except that a tow truck, in addition to being equipped with the required taillamps, may also be equipped with two taillamps which may be mounted not lower than 15 inches nor higher than the maximum allowable vehicle height and as far forward as the rearmost portion of the driver's seat in the rearmost position.

Any chance that you got the hots for this mod after watching the Bush Mechanic Challenge DVD? That was one heck of a Cruiser in that vid. I just watched it and then this thread pops up. LOL

No, if anything it just reinforced what i already wanted to do from the getgo. That was a sweet 100 series. From the day i picked up my cruiser up North.. i had this vision in my head. For some dang reason i fell into a good deal with a single carrier and didn't want to pass it up. So i went single carrier for a while.. but then found a buyer for both arms and changed over for only a few hundred bucks out of pocket.

But yeah, ever since i knew kaymar offered this option.. i was all for it.. regardless if i "needed" it or not! lol

We had the awning before i saw that video too lol

Went from a single carrier with gas can to a dually setup. Always something i "wanted" , not really something we "needed" :)

Having two spares is something you deffinately need. The last time in Baja, a few guys got two flats.

It will be here tomorrow. Mounts to the inside of the wheel. Running a HELLA license plate lamp.

Here was my solution to that problem. Used an old Forerunner plate holder.

EDIT: Noticed you've already received your parts in the mail.

Or you could include those two tires in your tire rotations, why not? That way you'll get some use out of the tires before they decay from old age.

Your rig is looking good!
