All I can do is echo again...wow, that's one amazing rig!

Can I make a photo request? Some overview shots, side on, front quarter, etc...I really want to see that bad boys stance, how the overall set up affects the look...

Thanks and keep us updated!

Rear cargo work is getting farther along. Aluminum deck is line-Xed drawer and other components powder coated with a hammered finish to match the Line-X.

The drawer was power coated in a reflective silver.

The 2150 house battery hold down also got a hammered finish.

Well, as I suspected GOBI has produced a rock solid rack system for the Xterra!

Installed:

-GOBI Ranger (now called Hybrid) roof rack
-GOBI Axe/Shovel mount
-GOBI Pull-Pal Mount
-GOBI Rear Ladder (right side mount)
-Custom Lightbar (the GOBI one wouldn't work for the WARN lights used)
-Custom tent mounts w/accessory holes
-Custom side light mounts
-4X WARN dual mode lights
-2X PIAA 1500XT Sides
-2X PIAA 1500XT Rear

And the finished product:

Tripple battery monitoring system.

Will display charge status while driving, and can check voltage level while stopped.

How are the stock axles and CV's in these?

Rear diff is an H233B Way overkill axle for the Xterra. The thing is huge!

The front Diff is sturdy, the weak points are the Hubs and CV's. Been wheeling it HARD for three years, never broken a half shaft, torn a CV, or exploded an auto hub.

BUT - I carry a spare of each, just in case :)

Have the Jounce bumps made a big difference in handling and bottoming out?
Especially curious how they work with the leaves in the rear.

Put it this way... I accidentally jumped a 6000+lbs truck and hardly felt it.

The bump stops are amazing.
