Thanks! That looks pretty straight forward. They didn't even change the bottom reinforcing grid.

ordering new radiator bushing pads, chevy dealer says they dont make them anymore so im ordering a set of 4 poly ones from summit for $13. the bottom 2 in there now are limp like wet noodles and the top 2 are missing and had a rag shoved in for one.

installed the radiator and electric fans, got them wired in sunday (main comes on with ignition and secondary is wired to a switch). my bushings showed up lastnight but i got off work to late to put them in, hoping i can get them in tonight.

so sunday i put it through its paces to see how the new radiator was gonna work. around town it was fine, but the old radiator was fine around town. so i headed up white mountain which is right out of town and a bumpy rocky road thats about a 70-80 degree climb, it started to warm up a little and as soon as i hit the secondary fan i just watched my temps drop back down. next test was the freeway, it would heat up going down the freeway even with the heat on, now its nice and cool even with the A/C running.

looking at putting the two fans on thermostat switches so i dont have a fan constantly running in wyoming winters.

tonight i got my visor mounted, and got the bushings put in for the radiator.
