Thats a fair average as rule, but freezing cold day with good sunlight, a solar module can exceed its STC ratings.

Okay, I agree a 24 volt panel is not a great choice but I was going by the 80 watt panel that was offered up by the OP on pages 3 & 4 that tops out at 21 volts.

I was looking at some of those group 27 batteries online but cant find one that is 100 ah. Do you know of any decent batteries under $120 that are 100 ah ?
