Great looking Tacoma. What kind of racks are those? Do you have pics of their attachment to the roof?

Jeff - looks like your patience paid off. That looks like the truck in the ARB catalog!

It probably is the same truck as in the catalog! I read in the carfax report before I bought it that this truck was exported to Australia for a while.

Nice truck. I guess its an ARB catalog thing. They always seem to show the bumper color matched to the truck. I am not a fan of it on my red Taco, but it looks good in white.

Thanks. Before I saw the truck in person I wasnt sure about the white either, but I like it now. It is a little chipped and scratched in places so I may have blasted and repainted white again.

Last week I got some new shoes for the Tacoma, I decided to go with 265/75/16 in BFG A/T's.

And over this past weekend I ordered new TRD wheel caps from TRDparts4u.com and also a snorkel, picked them up today during my lunch break.

No more hood prop! I bought some redline hood struts and got them installed last week. I actually painted the strut body and mounts white before installing, I think it gives it a more OEM look.

About a week and a half ago, I took off the front ARB bumper to have it re-powder coated, it was starting to chip and rust in places and looked like crap IMO. Today I picked it up, and had my brother help me put it back on. The powder coating came out great! Looks flawless, they really did a nice job with it!

The process is pretty cool, they put the bumper in a giant oven and burn off all the old powder coating, then they blast it down to bare metal and then powder coat it.

I also called ARB directly and the sent me a new emblem free of charge for it as well.

Heres a few before and after pictures.

I still need to get new turn signals for the bumper, the old ones were faded and corroded inside.
