You gonna black out that grill?...

I thought about it... I'm planning to put an ARB "roo bar" on it shortly after I barf up the $1500 or so for a set of five Toyos. The only "problem" with spraying the grill is that I'd need to pull and paint the chrome trim around the lights etc, too. Probably not that big a deal, but pulling the grill is about 3 minute job, and I'm not sure what it takes to pull that trim around the lights.

BTW, your 60 is almost exactly like the one I fell in love with in 1982 when I was 14, and was a big part of my inspiration for this 80. NICE truck!

Had a friend in a 60 in front of me who bypassed that spot, he yanked me out.

I probably would have gotten through, but I gave it too much gas in the beginning and got bumped out of the ruts and got turned sideways.

Thanks! That is Lake Superior about 10 miles east of Grand Marais, MI. The entire coast from there to Sault St Marie is mostly untouched beaches. Really cool stuff. There are more shots in this thread that I just posted..
