Just a question on this picture....

I've seen people do this, cutting a hole in square tubing for a light, are there any concerns of water/rust inside the tubing, or does the light seal up tight enough? Do you do anything to the inside of the tubing? Paint? etc?

A little silicone never hurts! (Leave your wife out of it!):Wow1: but yea I'll seal everything up for sure!

The hard part about the build is that you have to match the other side! LOL!

I left room in the chassis in case we needed to add another matching tank in the frame, forward of the axle.

Well work has been crazy! day weeks, 14 hour days I havn't been able to even open the garage... Today I got a little more done,,, work should maybe slow up soon so I can Finish this thing and use it! I got the Axle hung and set in place as well as the hangers. also mocked up the Air Bags and Shocks before I ran out of wire??? Until next time! :snorkel:

Any idea on how you are going to mount and protect the tank? I would love one on my M416 but have yet to figure out how to mount.

How tall are your walls?
I'm comparing the uprights to your tires, and they look like they are at least over the 36" size...?

Boy this is a really dragged out build! I only get about 1 weekend a month to work on it between Jeep trips and kid events or just other projects! But heres an update!
