I have the Warn 8000 on my 80. It has only seen use a couple of times so far...

However, make sure you get the correct "accessories."

Another item to think of is the pull-pal. I have been contemplating purchasing one b/c we often travel solo. And especially in Baja where there often aren't very many BIG trees for anchors.[/QUO

I do not understand all this terminology, sory call me ignorant, however I am unsure what a pull-pal is, one b/c???

great device for self-recovery in combination with the winch.

Of the three (winch, sliders, bumper) I'd say it depends on what you will be doing for the next month (assuming the next month you can do one of the other mods, and on what kind of trips you will be taking).

I'd say if you are going out alone anywhere, get the winch. If you are going out with several trucks where body damage may occur, get the sliders. Either way, I would do the rear bumper last.

I had my ARB Bumper installed today, and I hope to have it painted tomorrow, I want to have it color match to the silver color in my Lexus, I will post pictures as soon as possibble!

I wanted to have the ARB Bumper color match on the bottom to give the illusion the top bars were an add on , it looks good and I like it.

The color looks different because of the sun, however the color is the right number!

So you sent it out for powder coat before mounting it or did you paint it yourself? Is it supposed to be the flare color or the body color? Totally looks different with the two tone black tube for sure. Do you have any above shots showing where the paint stops and the black starts? I was wondering how it looked with the welds right there.

I am presently trying the Venezuelan look the lights on top!

A completely different look, and I am unsure if I like them like this!

I am looking into installing Fog lights made by Hella in a yellow or amber color!

Unsure at this point!

You better get covers on them or else the cops are gonna love you. At that height they dont like them uncovered.

I had it painted by some vendors that I have used in the past, as far as the color it is color match to the flares.

I will take some pictures in the morning and will post them.

Iam also having second thoughts about the lights mounted that high, however at night I tested them and they seem to put out a better spread.

Let's see if I have time to switch them back!:arabia:

I'd be worried about catching something with the lights if you are in brushy area ... bumper looks great.

Have you decided what is next?
