Fridge, Hi-Lift, and C02 are in:

I used the latch mounts on the back of the rear seats to mount the hi-lift. Easy to get to, even when loaded by slapping the seats down and a few wing nuts!

The running boards are long gone. I have welded sliders installed. Yes, you would need to remove the running boards to get the flares off.

If you have a non-US spec Prado you probably don't have to pop the flares. Lexus GX470s have a different front clip trim kit.

Looking good. Are you planning on installing the flairs back on? I like the look with the snorkel. Can't wait for more pics.

Yes, the flares are going back on. I have to trim them and ran out of time this weekend.

I also have to wire up the lights, winch, and mount the rest of the plates.

Flare is on PS side. This is not fun....driver to go. I think I am going to use silicone and seal the flare to the body.

You didn't read the manual my friend (1" gap from bumper to flare). When you start getting bumpy, you will rip that flare off. The Body of the truck moves quite a bit compared to the bumper and frame. I had to have a pretty large gap to keep things from touching.

I am looking to make or find some sort of soft urethane to fill the visual gap, but that is where I ended up.

There is a gap...I painted the fender underneath and had to remove a lot of the underside of the flare (Lexus has a different flare than the Prado). I can always increase the gap, but the front of the flare has a lot of flex to it and should hold, even when hit hard.

Worst case, I use the flare popping off as an excuse to move into the next phase of the project :)
