1956 Gruman KurbSide 4x4

Longtime lurker, first post here. 1956 Grumman Olsen KurbSide Van, aluminum body, boxed P-30 frame, 1995 Cummins 6BT/NV4500/Dana 60s, "custom" dash underway. Bottomless project. Build thread someday.

Not the van but it took us to a phenomenal hot spring on the Crystal River outside of Redstone Colorado. The beauty of this place is unreal and the water is perfect, and not to much of a sulfur smell!

We took our van out for a night in the canyon last week. An overnight out of town under the stars and back for work the next morning at sunrise. It made being in the office easier knowing I started my day off outdoors. Temps did get down to the low 30's, I think I'm going to invest in a small heater for next winter.

Beautiful backdrop and playground!
It's been nearly 30 years since my wife and I moved to the PNW from Black Rock Desert area...While we like the PNWgreenery, we sure enjoyed the wide open spaces like I see in your image.
