Chris, which lift height and tire sizes are the above images? I'm assuming the second is a 4"? Did you replace the spring pack in the rear completely, install a block and a helper, or something else?

Thanks.

Chris.... on your van front bumper is the tube 1.75" or 2" tube ?

Both. The main bar is 2", risers are 1.75. My production bumpers will be the same. The new bender is on the way!

The top van is an 8" lift on 37's. This particular van has a replacement spring & block combo. It helps with the ride quality. And yes, the white van is a 4" lift on 33's.

The StanVAN build continues. The transmission, exhaust & fuel tank are out, ready to be modified. I also did the final install on the front spring hangers, they're powder coated & look great!

The Ranger has been patiently waiting it's turn.... I've got the frame cleaned up & painted, window tint tomorrow, and I've mocked up some front bumper brackets. Hopefully, I'll have them cut before Tuesday.

Busy day at the shop! First to go in were the rear add a leaves, then the Sterling rear axle, then the tranny & t-case. Once that was done, I was able to put the van on the ground to check the ride height & measure for driveshafts. It's lookin good!!!

Van porn is the best porn!!!!!

The Ranger is patiently waiting it's turn..... StanVan is getting all of the attention. I have all of the materials ready for the flat bed, and the front bumper brackets will (hopefully) be cut this week. I'm planning for mid to late next week to get everything fab'd up.
