Row to your hearts content Kermit.

I have been driving our auto-mat-tick Trooper-pooper lately....and kinda liking it.

I will see you at the mall, 'Penny's has a great sale on purses right now...

This thread needs to be moved to TTORA.

Oh fa sha'...LOL

All it needs is a Tacoma/Nissan bumper pulloff!

Wow this is almost an insult even for TTORA, maybe Tacoma World;-)
I don't think the small difference in
0-60, if any, would come into play in the real world.
Make sure you get Calvin pissing on whichever you don't choose so you can stay Manly!!!

But, wait till I get that LS1 5.3L engine, 4L60-E transmission, and Atlas T-case installed.

That would be a nice set-up but I'd still like to see someone swap the 4.7 IForce and 5 speed auto out of a 1st gen Tundra into a Taco. Hell I might even be tempted to get a Tacoma if it had a V8 under the hood. Those V6s just don't have enough umph for my right foot to be happy.

I'll then be able to travel to where you want to be, yesterday, if on an odd-dated Thursday, based on the reciprocal property of three. See - easy-peasy.

Ummm...I don't think a tachyon temporal displacement drive is available for an LS1, but they make damn near anything to bolt to one of those mills so it could be possible.

I'd love to stay Toyota and do exactly as you suggest and plug in a 2UZ; it would fit soo nice in the engine bay too... we have one in the shop getting ready to power an FJ-40. Problem I've learned is the ECU is very painful to crack vice the easily programmed and tuned LS motor ECU.

Says the guy with all this compensatory stuff...-SAW coilovers/Dakar/sport nitrocharger/softopper/ARB bumper/custom sliders/rear bumper/255 KM2. :p

You act as if I have a 6" lift, 37's or a solid axle. Mine's pretty basic for expo.

Sorry guys, I think some of you have taken this a bit too seriously.

I don't have either of these vehicles, but a buddy of mine and my brothers that came snowboarding with us has a Taco (4x2) and is possibly getting the Nissan. I don't care about the 0-60 in a truck, granted, power is nice. Our friend is just one of those types that will not accept that he was wrong.

Our F250 4x4 is quicker than most cars anyway...putting out about 500hp and 800ft/lbs. of torque....that's a truck.

Geez - the nerve. Come in here and remind us of the original post... pretty cheeky! ;)

Not at all seriously. This our virtual campfire... I'm pretty sure we're all having fun.
