ARB Deluxe bumper install

I was able to pick my bumper up last week from ARB and was a little disappointed with the lack of connectors on the fog lights. My understanding when I bought it was that they were going to be plug and play with my factory fog light connectors. So I did a little research and found some connectors that were almost exactly the same as factory. The bumper is pretty strait forward to install so I just wanted to post some of the light wiring ideas for those of you who are thinking about this bumper or have it and haven't installed it yet.

Parts List:

ARB Deluxe Bull Bar

ARB Fog Light Kit (P/N: 6821201)

Connectors:

Length of 14AWG

2 14AWG blade terminals

2 of each male and female Metri-Pak connectors (these are a lot like weather paks but have blade style connections instead of barrel style)

4 male terminals (12-14 AWG)

4 cavity seals (16-14 AWG)

4 "position assurance keepers"

Metri-pak crimper (says weather pak but it will work for both)

I also ordered yellow fog lights any H3 bulbs will work but here's what I bought

Now the install:

I installed everything this way with the extra red 14AWG because that way I can just disconnect the blade terminals and replace the light if I need to.

Finished product

Here are a few pics of the bumper installed. I decided not to wire the white side markers in because I thought it wouldn't flow with all the other amber lights. I did however wire the blinker/DRL into the amber ones on the bumper.

To wire the lights the following wires match up

Truck side markers
Grnd: Blk/Wht
Pwr: Grn/Blk

match to

Bumper side markers
Grnd: Blk/Wht
Pwr: Red/Wht

Truck blinker/DRL
Grnd: Wht/Blk
Pwr: Red/Yellow

match to

Bumper blinker/DRL
Grnd: Blk/Wht
Pwr: Green/Wht

Winch Wiring

I was able to finally wiring up my winch. I wanted to add an on/off switch in case the solenoid malfunctioned and to keep from vandalism. I also added a hinge for the license plate so I can run it lower to hide the fairlead. I will post more of the mounting plate I fabbed and more wiring.
