Attempting to use imgur now for pictures. Let's see how this posts. Pictures never tell the true steepness of a hill, do they?

We were up and around Blue Lake, in the Grouse Ridge area of the high Sierra. Take the hwy20 exit, Eagle Lakes, Cisco Grove exits off i80 near the state line and head north. Beautiful country up in there.

Wow, heck of a storm for early October

Just finished a 24 night ~4500 mile trip through Washington, Oregon and California. I'm pleased with the setup but will be, hopefully, downsizing the boxes so I can rotate the tent for a passenger side deploy.

That was actually late September. Two weeks before, I borrowed that trailer to go to Moab and sweltered in 80 degree nights, then I'm in the mountains getting buried.

After a broken tow strap sent the D-ring through my back window, I swapped the shell from my trailer onto the Ford. Lots of room inside and nice to have the opening doors on the side.
