Ok. New to the whole on-board air, but I am definitely interested.

Not sure of benefits of "constant-duty" vs "heavy-duty" system.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Constant duty can run continuously for large tires, air tools, etc. without stopping to let the unit rest & cool down. The other units have a duty cycle that lets you know how long it can run before it has to stop and cool; ie: a 30% duty cycle can run 3 minutes and off for 7 minutes.
