Its full of 60’s accessories....

The owner, who was in his 40’s told me, it was owned by family friends since new and he brought it from them…

The number plate shows the letter "D" showing its from 1966..

Beautiful vehicle! The only I always wonder is they spend so much money on the vehicle, and then they buy absolute crap tyres.......

Ha! The was the first thing I noticed. Wonder if TeriAnn has one on her bonnet. What do you think is going on? A wedding? Funeral? Open house at Overland Journal?
A auto show....see the old MG sticking out on the left.

Sure wish I could see the inside. 60's 8 tracks and stuff.:sombrero:

What tires are they?

They seem to be the Security 7.50's. Chinese knock offs from the old Goodyears and Deestone's.
They're bias ply, wear very fast and howl like mad on the road. Also they have absolutely zero grip on wet pavement. Good offroad though.

He was better off buying either zome XZL's or those original fitment tyres that I can't think the name of at the moment. The ones that are still available on new defenders.

It is a nice looking Dormobile that looks to be in very good condition. What is rare about it is that Dormobile has the sun sheet option at the front of the roof. Very few of them had that option. Otherwise it appears to be your run of the mill type 626 Land Rover Dormobile that appears to be in very nice condition.
