I have a defender rack and basket. The whole settup is load going down the freeway, powder coat is showing its age at five years old, but I'm able to put the proverbial ten pound of crap in the five pound bag with it. The two 1/2 inche wholes in the back were painful too.
Hi,
I love your concept, but I would like to see a longer ish changing room. I have two dogs, and would like a place to put them. Is this something that could be done after the fact, or???
Thanks
Mayne
Hey that be great. It would save me the pain of figuring out what to do with the rest of it.
I'll let you know. I have a few things I'm committed to , but after that, the trailer is up.

All good, thanks. I'm probably going to go canvas, and Springbar. I have help putting up a tent 9 times outta 10, so the springbar shouldn't be too bad. I would love insta set up, but I'll take better than currently have.
Thanks again,
Mayne
I've got a Defender roof rack on mine, and with the spouse and two dogs there is just not enough room an the roof rack. The trailer I have is now pretty much a must, and even then soft stuff goes on the rack.

I'm deciding between a Springbar and a turbo tent. The Springbar is bar none reliable and following almost cult-ish for good reason. But I'd like to know the good, the bad, and the ugly on Turbo tents. I'll admit I'm getting lazy, but I don't want to spend time setting up a tent, and OzTents are...
The build tag on my M416 states a dry weight of 650lbs. It's light and easy to deal with, even when loaded. I would suggest this type of trailer, or one like it. While loaded, the M416 renders the stock TJ brakes mediocre at best.

I'm running an ARB 50q fridge off a 100ah batt and nothing else at the moment, and I get 72 hrs on a charge. I'm adding a second 100ah battery, and probably some led lights in the future. Will a 64watt solar system (ctsolar, or amsolar) work to keep me going for a week (7 to 10 days). And what...
