Thanks. It's a perfectly snug fit at the tip of the a-frame. I will still have the welders run a bead where the frame meets the tube. Should take them all of a minute and provide a little extra stability.

Tongue tacked in place. Decided not to go all the way back with the receiver tube. The original design for these trailers had all of the connection points near the front, so that's how I'll keep it. Going to add some plate/gusseting to make it stronger and have professional welders finish it...

Thanks Brian. I already bought the 7-way molded and have that squared away. I'm leaning towards getting individual wires to complete the rest of the assembly. I should be able to zip-tie them together and cover them with wire loom to protect them.
