Well after test driving a couple different toyota's I decided to purchase a FJ. This is just what I was looking for in a vehicle. So glad I came across this FJ. Thanks guys for all the feedback.

Where are you getting the FJ steelies from?

All of the 100 series that I've seen around here have to many miles for me. I don't want to buy anything that has over 60 ot 70k. Even though I'm sure one with 130k or 140k is just getting broken in I still can't seem to buy one with that many miles.

Yeah I understand that. But after searching in the DC area I don't really see anything worth the money. I'll keep my eye open for one tho.

Man I wish I could afford a Land Cruiser. I've always looked at them the same way I look at jaguars and porsches. I'm sold on the KDSS system after looking at a couple more treads about it. So I think I'll focus on looking for a Trail Edition 4Runner now. Thanks guys for all the feedback.

Yeah the A-Trac and KDSS system. I've seen some youtube videos on how it works but do you guys think it would increase the reliability of the 4runner or even make for a better overland vehicle?
