Something to consider also. Many repairs on the Ford require the removal of the cab, It's not absolutely necessary, but apparently makes some repairs easier. I just drove by a Ford dealership the other day, and they had two cab and chassis with the cabs lifted off getting repairs.

You could go with 22.5 singles tires, certainly better on the highway but less offroad than the 20's. There is not many options for tires with the 20" rim to meet the capacity of the duals. I have heard mixed results as far as the MPT's go.

I believe they are around $650 a tire. The Pirellis have a date code of 2011! something to be aware of. I also don't think the tire change is as easy as you are making it out to be. They are heavy.

ER doesn't customize, unless you consider picking the color of the drapes' custom. With so many better options out there, it's hard to see why it would be in the running. You could go custom, then all your boxes will be checked, and you would still probably come out money ahead.

I usually just fill DEF up at truck stops, seems a lot easier and less of a hassle, but I have 7 gallon DEF tank, larger than whats on the normal pick up trucks.

If it matters, the Toyo AtIII is only a 2 ply sidewall vs. 3 ply for the Cooper.

FYI Mitsubishi makes a 6000 BTU 220 volt mini split. That is the most efficient you are going to get, probably better than any 12/24 volt options.
