I've done the job, pics have to wait until tonight.
On ours (FG649C) Shackle pins are 21.5mm and the bush ID is 21.6mm
the mounting bracket and spring eye ID is 39.5mm and the bush OD is 39.9mm
LOA for the bushes are 41.5
Everything fits fine and all bushes are made with neoprene, lubrication...
I'm not having much luck with the model No.
I've never put different Bushes in the back, front, top or bottom.. They come in packs of 12, all the same and easily fitted. I will try and get some pics today as I will change a set of them on one of mine to get some measurements.

Hi Pete,
I need aeons yesterday, but with the GFC, we are in save mode.
I've had 2 different fellas do the extentions, IMHO, your probably better off to get John at Allterrain warriors to do it, as i've had issues both times.

Bit of engineering involved, but in horrible conditions where you need maximum articulation...... disconnect the equaliser valve and play hard!!!
You'd be better off using the front spring mount and making a tapered Z bar with a 2 bag system. Making a 4 bag system is painful with trailing arms, panhard rods etc etc.
Thomas make a decent compressor, but you MUST oil the filter at least once per day, or get a feed off the engine breather...
They are great Pete, the u bolt goes right around the chassis And Runner (Runners are the bit of the frame that RUN along the length or north south, Bearers sit across east west. So when Andrews Dad mounts the frame onto the chassis, it is held by U bolts. Hans is one of the most switched on...
