no issues in handling whatsoever with total weight 9000lbs. I am selling my GFC and hope to get a fwc and have zero concerns. I have E rated Toyos and that probably helps over the d rated duratracs. This is how I would typically pack when camping. I have an ARB 50 that i carry in the cab. me...
ground clearance is my issue with the stock 31.6" tires. the lower control arms are only 8" and even he front pumpkin is only 9" with the stock tires. I offroad a fair amount and take good lines but stock tires if using a pw's capabilities is not cutting it. I loved 255/80-17's on my jkur but...
so when I bought mine which is the sliver one in post 22 a little over a year ago the white one had an msrp similar to this. I got mine for $50000 and the white one I could have gotten for $45000. Sometimes i think I should have went with the tradesman but then I go sit in my power wagon and...
they sell all they can make so I suppose cost cutting is just more money in their pocket. maybe it has to do with crash ratings or something. Even 285/75-17 would be better.
There was a big dealership in Nebraska and one in Sioux falls that offered him similar deals but Billings is only 340 miles away so that is who he went with.
My neighbor just ordered a new F250 lariat 7.3 gasser a couple days ago and was told it will be in early November. He too was going back and forth between an F150 and F250. Ultimately there was not much price difference between the two when optioned out similarly. He said the dealer made a...
I almost bought a Tradesman with pw option but in the end the pw made more sense for me. If you try and look up the blue book on a used tradesman you will find they don't list the PW option so you will get screwed down the road if you trade vehicles often. The lights on the PW are light years...
if you are used to getting 12mpg you should be happy with a new PW. I love how comfortable my 2020 PW is. I always get better than 12mpg daily driving.
it will not come unplugged. The plugs are nice and tight all the way around. I have traveled a lot of rough roads with my fridge plugged into the jackery and the jackery plugged into my vehicles 12V power port. I have a dog that moves around int he back and even he can't knock them loose.
I towed a tent top trailer with a 1600lb gvwr all over Montana, idaho, Utah and colorado with a 2016 2 door rubicon with no problem. I was probably pretty close to the GVWR of the trailer on occasions and i would say at minimum 1200lbs. most of the time. While I did not have trailer brakes on...
I have an ARB harness wired in directly from my truck battery which I also use but if you are running the arb from the jackery the port the jackery has is a regular 12V accessory port. I seriously can not see it pulling out tho.
If you are talking about the fridge coming unplugged I can't imagine that happening the connections are solid and if talking about jackery coming unplugged from accessory port it is pretty solid too. I have not had an issue. Just got my jackery 100w solar panel and just plugged it in for an hour...
