what is wrong with having both? Just because you can have a second battery set up does not mean a portable unit would not be handy in many situations.

Suspension is basically the same as any other jk. Shocks are a slight improvement but unless you are getting them for free there are better shocks. Coils depending on equipment and control arms are the same. If you have worn out parts and you can get new takeoffs for a good price it is worth it...

having had both At3w and Toyo at3 (and at2's and RT's) if he has flatted with the falkens he will flat with the toyos too. Some people just get flats and some don't.
