Do you mean the Fuel Filter, or the Fuel Pump Filter? ...I replaced the fuel filter about 8K miles ago. I did order a new fuel pump filter with the new pump.

According to the Factory Service Manual (FSM) this is the order that you should troubleshoot (FJ62): Engine Overheating: Fan belt loose or missing - Adjust or replace belt Debris on radiator or condenser - clean / repair as necessary Hoses, water pump, thermostat housing, radiator, heater...

There are many things that *COULD* cause this. It could be something as simple as an air bubble in your radiator, a bad fan clutch, or you could have a cracked head, or blown head gasket. You need to do some more troubleshooting. It could have been a complete fluke... My FJ62 did this once...

**NOT LIGHTWEIGHT** I don't know where you/they got that from! I have one of these kits (not this EXACT same one, but very VERY close), and I dread it every time I have to pick it up! These suckers are heavy!

Bump! Does anybody know anything about this Ironman 4x4 dual battery kit? I can't really find any reviews online... I really like this kit - but I'm torn between taking a chance on this one or getting the National Luna kit which has worked great for tons of ExPo'ers.
