Nice ERV! 4000+ hours and 100k miles work out to around 25mile/hour estimate. Not too bad, maybe a little high idle time.

Seems like a good price with the recent timing belt and other work. I like our GX, when I bought it last year all the LXs I saw were about 50% more.

I’m loving all the ERV builds, looks like you’ve got a great race support rig in the works. Looks fairly rust free for Utica. I spent some years in salt-encrusted Syracuse. Did the ERV live a sheltered life? Interesting cuts on the rear fascia. Going for an aero look?

Well, the price was right when it sold for under $10k a month ago. I’m glad the buyer didn’t have check engine issues but I’d hoped it would be someone who would build it, not flip it.

Aha! That’s totally it. Mobile baggage X-ray machine. Some of them look pretty sweet. Big box with gullwing doors so the conveyor is covered on both sides. Future overland vehicles for sure.

Well...the mistake was in the setup. You need to do this proper CL style. First you offer the seller of 50% of asking. Then when the seller is totally offended, you counter with 75% of asking. Then you never respond to any more communication. Ugh...CL buyers.

That’s a pretty cool setup with the swing up doors on both sides. Instant awning. Wonder what industry requires doors like that?

Wow, amazing work. That bathroom is great. Nice detail on the angled bottom drawer to clear the wheel well.

Yep, you can never actually lock up a bike, the lock just slows thieves down. Inside storage is great for keeping things clean and out of sight. A rack is still nice though if you’ve got a group going and need more space inside for people/gear.
