I disagree. But hey that's life. I have taken my SMB most places that my modified Xterra has been without issue. The SMB is built enough to go wherever I point the thing and then continues on the adventure for another 500 miles without a fuel stop.

I can tell you that the Kelty Sunshade deforms quite a bit in the wind. It has never been broken or bent but it definately deforms and is not functional in higher winds.

Just curious. What is the advantage of a TTB setup over a straight solid axle? It seems like a lot of moving parts and wear points.

It does look clean but you must consider the frame vs. body twist during off road travel. Some rigs can have several inches of bumper movement when the truck is flexed out.
