I think this kind of enclosed trailer makes for a great expedition trailer. Kind of like a tear drop trailer ... without the "drop". Nice job!

That turned out great. :clapping: I really like the lid you built and the way that you notched and bent the frame work. Do you know the approximate weight of the lid?

Thanks! I should have added that the bracket has foam padding on it so that it doesn't scratch the paint. It's a bit hard to see in the 3rd photo.

Not for a JK but here is one I built for my TJ. It hangs over the tailgate when needed - no drilling in to the tailgate itself.
