Looks like a set of jacks fasten to the four corners and are removed after its on.

I tried to click on the attachment link still on the page referencing the photo and a page popped up saying I had to register. Tried to register but couldn't get it to work for some reason. That site is the worst web board I've ever seen as far as lame advertising content. My data connection...
The link to the thread on dieselplace has some good info. There used to be a graphic at the beginning that showed Quigley's fabricated parts in one color and OEM GM parts in another.
One place to start is to buy or find a 2500 or 3500 truck frame complete with front axle, suspension and steering that someone has parted out. They're not worth much once they're stripped down to that level. A while back I found one in my area for $250. From there you could start measuring and...

The fridge easy access next to the door looks good. Are you planning some compartmentalized storage under the bed? Maybe split the space into two compartments. A deep box on slides accessed from the back door and a box at the front of the bed accessed by lifting up the cushion?
Great build. I like the low $$ Spartan approach and that you were able to get out and use it immediately. What do you estimate a rig like this costs to buy and fit out?
I like the concept but am not totally on board with the design. Looks like a good a alternative for people that don't have the means or desire to build anything. I hope the company makes a strong go of it and creates systems for all the vans while steadily improving their designs.
I just sold my Ford based RV with a 5.4 in it. It was a pretty heavy vehicle and I didn't have any complaints regarding power. Wasn't towing anything though which is where diesel and V-10 are really at an advantage.
Is there concern that the 5.4 isn't a good high mileage engine?
Unless you have a lot of time and enjoy long hours of tinkering, look for something already to go. 30 to 40k should be enough to buy a good condition lower miles roadtrek, sprinter conversion or sportsmobile in a 2wd configuration. If you buy a 2wd ford van base rv and drive it for a month and...
Any material can get mildew and must on it if it gets dusty and damp. Looks you're in Arizona though and I expect that problem is not nearly as bad there as it is here. Do you have an indoor, climate controlled place to store a camper? I would think that would help more than anything. Most of...
Your tip open rear windows idea with screens seems like an easy low pro solution. Doesn't seem like too much rain would get in. The screen material could be held in place with magnets.
Having two slide in campers and now a 19' RV that is roughly the same size, that little bit of extra width at the floor makes a huge difference in how the space feels inside.
