Are your vans early 2014's? Seems like the first year of any newly produced vehicle can be plagued with bugs.

Of all the vans manufactured for the north American market (new and old) the cargo space in the promaster definitely has the best design.

I looked in to that and they changed the deal a while ago so you cant get a refund now.

If the rack has sufficient bonding surface, clean fiberglass with acetone, bond with 5200 and thru bolt with 1/4" fasteners. should be bomb proof. Don't over tighten. Fasteners only keep bonded surface from peeling, 5200 should handle all sheer strength and weather sealing.
