Most on an airplane is riveted and bolted together.
Some exotic friction stir weld surfacing now..... but most is bolted and rivited.

It is a weird shape and I have found more flex panels that somewhat would fit.
It appears that 50 watt is all I can size to. I will have a look a bit more.

When I had my 225 pound tepid on the truck, I used this one to store it.
Liked it so much I bought another one.
Now the tepid line es on the trailer and I use the recor for other story.

I can see how the lift system might be a good idea for people that tows the smitty with a smaller ride. My smitty is about level with the roof line of the 2018 F-onfitty, but more importantly to me, the empty space between the tent and box will eventually have a rack and perhaps some other means...
I have now used the vitron 10 amp blutooth controller for one season.
I absolutely loves it. To the point that I use the output for it to connect the fridge and it shows the power consumption and history thereoff.
It is a great charge controller
Center divider panel installed along with a base layer of Kevlar using MAX GRE from Polymer Composites. That is a gasoline and chemical resistant polymer and along with the Aramid will prevent abrasive and chemical intrusions.

It obviously takes some time to do this, and I am using a bit more resin, tipping the cost to about $600 when it is all settled and done, but you also get a real nice box.
