    Correct. We did this two years ago. Found a little rv and campground that only charged about 20 or night for tent. Really good little mom and pop place. Took us just 15 minutes to the tuuuutttnknakkenplace..... ha. It would be me, my wife and two girls 13 and 21. Amazing what this little trailer...

    I hear you. Personally I cant get myself to flip the 110 plus ship and now tax in CO for the bracket and will just make one from Carbon fiber..... :) Your trailer looks amazing and functional.

    Harbor freight tongue box

    Better yet. I took my lock apart and found that you can remove a small piece, and voila...... you can now remove the key. I was going crazy, and thought there had to be a way. After taking it apart it is very easy to see what to remove. Have a look.

    Back panel bonded in place after the edges on the bottom plate were arrested with Carbon Fiber tape.

    They were laid up in that order. First you brush a layer of resin on the top of the release agent. I hit that with a heat gun, briefly, to get the left over bubbles out.     So the back plate was laid up, starting with masking of the size on the mould plate. Then a layer of release agent was applied. Then I began to cut the fabric. On the top is two layers of 12K/12oz 2x2 Twill......Middle is the cardboard, and bottom is two layers of 6oz/6K 2x2 Twill.
