Teraflex Nebo is reasonably low profile. Not much extra weight up top, but can load it up when needed. Once set up, can lift the roof off with it as well.

I have a cheap little Cobra I picked up at walmart. Honestly have more in mount, cable, and antenna. No issues on the trail for me. As long as your antenna is tuned you shouldn't have a lot of problems in a small group.

My friend runs a teraflex with 37's. holds up fine. ACE Engineering has come out with one as well, $549. Has spots to mount gear on it as well. Might be worth investigating. Has two rotopax mounts included.
