I use a proplex in my tent on my horizon and love it. As far as condensation none. I have used it down to mid 30s and have the inside of the tent in the high 70s. I love it.

I have the Horizon trailer, a few friends have the Chaser and love em. You will never sleep on the ground again.

Pull my Horizon with my Tundra and 33" tires does just fine. My brother tows his with his jeep inline 6 manual does just fine.

I have the 1800 and ya they are big. My wife and I love it and they have plenty of room.

Go to Auto zone,Kragen or pepboys they have led strips up to 3ft long. They have their own battery supply to test them out and you could use that for the supply for a while or hard wire them to the battery with a switch. I use em and love em. You are gona love your trailer,I have the Horizon...
