You only get about 5-10amps using the seven way. Also with the voltage drop you’re not giving the battery the charge voltage it wants.
More amps and no voltage drop with a dc/dc.
I saw someone online simply lean a couple pieces of plywood against their generator, like an A frame. He claimed the angle reflected the noise into the ground. Never tried it myself.
Those cable operated valves are awful, doesn’t matter what they’re on. I see people give up on them and put another gate valve right at the sewer hookup.
We had a trainer come from forest river. He said something to the effect of “our trailers are made using red bull, weed, and fentanyl.” It was a good icebreaker, it was nice to know we were all on the same page.
Some of the lithium compatible converters will change over automatically after a charge cycle. Some of them have a tiny little switch on the board, you have to take off the cover front cover.
My old ‘19 Ranger was referred to as the “race truck” by the guys at work after I surprised one of them in his old three series. (335i I think, the one with a turbo) I kinda miss it.
It’s not just about changing rpms. You get more torque in every gear. More gear reduction (bigger gears) get you more torque at lower output speed(higher input speed).
This is the reason I went from 17’s to 18’s on my 2500. I like the look of the 17’s but you cant find many skinny 35’s on 17’s. 18’s was the easiest way to fit narrow 35’s (285/75r18) on my stock Chevy with the small wheel wells.
I run 285/75r18 on my Chevy 2500. I was able to reprogram that pesky tire pressure light so it’s not on at the 40psi I’m at.
Do the 1 tons still not have tpms?
That Winnie looks like a good unit really, much better than the Forest River crap I deal with every day. Make sure to check the roof for cracks in the sealant a couple times a year.
I took it on easy trails at first. I was surprised that I noticed the smoother ride even on paved bike paths. I loaded it up in my 2500hd truck and drove home. I thought to myself, has my truck always road this rough? I was already spoiled by the smoother ride on the bike.
I then found a mtn...
I considered going cheaper, and more expensive. Well the old bike is almost thirty years old, and I like it. Recent outings in the last week remind me the rim brakes that are susceptible to getting caked with mud and snow, and the shifting isn't great. The derailer probably needs adjusted but...
